  1. Do you deliver your products at my house or office?.

Yes, we shall deliver, if your house or office is in a town or city in INDIA where any of the leading courier company have service. The delivery charges will be extra and shall be intimated to you if it is not calculated automaticaly while you checkout the product from the shopping cart.

 

2. Is the price displayed at the Online Shoppe final? Can I get a discount if I visit your office?

The price displayed at the shop will be final and no further discounts will be given even if the customer comes to our office. However, if you opt for shop pickup when you check-out the shopping cart, you can save the delivery charges. Sales Tax and Delivery charges will be added and displayed in the shopping cart based on your address and mode of shipment selected while you checkout your order.

The prices and special offers you can see on the online shoppe do not necessaraly reflect the prices in our bricks and mortar shop. If you want to take advantage of the online offers then you are advised to make your order online. We know some of you dont like to make payments online so we even give you the option to pay by Bank Transfer, by cash deposit in our account at any State Bank Of India  branch or if we know you, you can pay when you collect your order.

Using the online shoppe saves you money and can also save us time and money, and we all want that!

 

3. How about installation and onsite support?

We have many options for you to choose, like On Site Comprehensive Service Contact, Per Call Maintanance etc for as little as Rs.250/- per site call at Cochin/Ernakulam. Please get in touch with us with your requirements. We also have a Desktop & Laptop Support Forum, where you can get advise and guidence for your day to day computing issues for free.

 

4. What about warranty? What if something fails?

All products we sell are backed by manufacturers warranty. You may contact the nearest authorised Service Center directly or send/bring the defective item to us to get the necessory repair/replacement done. List of Service Centers are here.

 

5. What are the benefits for registered members?

Register yourself and login at WHITES Systems Online Shoppe will allow you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders, review your previous orders and take advantage of all member benefits. Only registered users who have logged in can see the various offers and promotional schemes which we run periodically. Options like Cash On Delivery, Free Shipping etc are enabled based on the location you specify when you register and only for those users who have logged in. Tracking the price and the updations of products, writing your review about a product etc are a few other options available only to registered users. You may want to look at our privacy policy and other information provided on the right column under information and more information. If you have not registered yet, please go ahead and register yourself now to avail full benefits. YOu have to register before you make an order.

 

6. Ok. I want a product from the shoppe. What next?

Select the product from the shoppe. Click the Add to Cart button to add the product to the shopping cart. If you want to change the quantity, change it and click update cart. Click More Shopping to continue shopping for more products and add those products also to the shopping cart. When you have selected all products, click Go to checkout button. If you have not logged in already, you will be prompted to login. If you are new to our shoppe, please provide your billing and contact details. Check the shipping information and if you want to change the shipping address change it by clicking change address button. Next you select the shipping method and click continue checkout button. Confirm the terms and conditions and if you have any discount coupons or Gift Coupons fill it out and select the payment method. If you any instructions or comments, type those in the space provided. Click continue checkout to proceed to the final step. On the order confirmation page if you want to make any changes you may do it now and click confirm your order button. You get an order confirmation and the same will be emailed to you in the email id which you have provided while registering. You can check the order status at My Account area in the shoppe which will be updated periodically where you get information about your orders and other shoppe related information. The products you have ordered will be shipped as soon as we receive the payments.

 

7. What are the payment options?.

We offer many options to make the payments against your orders. Deposit your local in our account at any State Bank of India branch or do a Direct Bank Transfer or send us a Cheque / Demand Draft. Processing a Cheque / DD will take time and only after it is credited to our account, we will be able to despatch your product(s). The first and second options are quicker and we get the payment on the same day. In India almost all major banks are equipped to transfer funds to third party bank accounts thru NEFT. If you have Internet banking, logon to your internet banking account and provide our account details, which will be mentioned on the confrmation email you get from us after successful completion of your order, and transfer the amount. It will be credited to our accont on the same day if your transaction happens before 5.00pm. If you do not have internet banking, just visit your bank and do NEFT transfer to our account, the process will be explained to you by the staff at your bank.

We now process the following online payment options also and are very quick and secure:
• Credit cards of Master Card, Visa and Diners
• Net banking of ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Citibank, HDFC Bank and Jammu & Kashmir Bank
• ITZ Cash card
• Debit cards of Citibank, Axis Bank, Canara Bank, Corporation Bank , Deutsche Bank, HDFC Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, ING Vysya Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, State Bank of India.

 

8. How long will it take for me to get the products I ordered?

All orders will be verified and shipped usually within 2-3 days and you should get delivery in the next 3-4 days maximum. If you find any undue delay in getting the products you have ordered, please contact care@whitesindia.com for a quick resolution.

 

9. We are a business house and can we have credit/time to process payments?

This Online Shoppe works on delivery against payment model. If you have regular requirements of our products, contact our Sales Team sales@whitesindia.com for product quotes, sales order processing, delivery, installation and payment collection.
